Acorn Bullet Catch AKYJP
Acorn's Bullet Catch for Wood or Brick. The bullet is solid brass and the catch made of stainless steel with two stainless steel screws. A bullet catch is highly recommended on all hinged shutter applications, regardless if a shutter dog holdback is used. The bullet catch is mounted on the rear of the shutter, out of sight, and keeps the shutter firmly secured on hinged shutter installations.
The stainless steel catch is mounted to the backside of shutter in the open position up against the wall.
The bolt is machine threaded on one end (for use in the bullet) and threaded for wood (or brick using supplied anchors) on the other other end and is mounted to the wall.
The bullet is 9/16" x 1 1/4" long.
Anchors included for brick application.
